The Regulation entered into force on the day of publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five Paragraphs and seven Annexes, establishes: breeding certificates for cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and horses, or their biological material, imported from non-member countries of the European Union; conditions and way of issuing the certificates. The certificates are issued in Polish or another official language of European Union. Forms of the certificates are specified in the Annexes.
