The Regulation entered into force on the day when Poland became a member of the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of ten paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes: detailed conditions and scope of border sanitary checks of foodstuffs, permitted additional substances, other components of food, products assigned to contact with food, and substances assisting in processing; detailed requirements on frequency of laboratory examinations and types of laboratory examinations; form of application for border sanitary control; form of certificate of sanitary quality of goods; certificate of usefulness of substances for production.
