Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 16 paragraphs and 12 Annexes, establishes: (1) zootechnical conditions to be met by the biological material; (2) form of certificate of insemination; (3) forms of certificates of artificial insemination and transfer of embryos; (4) conditions and procedures for issuing and storing certificates specified above. In particular, semen used in artificial insemination should come from animals registered in herd books or registers. The dose of semen used in artificial insemination should be prepared in the way which does not influence the effectiveness of the procedure.
