This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the food safety related issues as regards the minimum quality standards, production, processing, transport, import, storage, labelling and placing on the market of beer (agricultural-food product, fermented beverage obtained in the technological process also described and regulated in this text).
