Abstract This Regulation prescribes the basic requirements for the quality of forest and horticultural planting material. Quality planting material means annual and perennial deciduous seedlings, which are healthy and undamaged, obtained by generative or vegetative methods, and which meet related requirements provided by applicable regulations and standards. The quality of planting material is determined on the basis of quantitative and qualitative indicators of seedlings and on the state of their health conditions before removing the seedlings from the planting material multiplication facility.
