Abstract

This Regulation determines the basic parameters that are subject to physicochemical analysis of wine. This text further sets detailed conditions regarding the premises and equipment that must be met by all involved authorized laboratories that are performing physicochemical analysis for the purpose of placing of wine on the market. This Regulation also defines the necessary procedure for issuing authorizations for performing such physico-chemical analysis of the wine. Basic chemical parameters that are subject to physico-chemical analysis of the wine for the purpose of obtaining market authorizations are listed in article 2.
