Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on food (Republic of Srpska), prescribes the classification, categorization, quality and additional requirements for the labelling of bakery products that are intended to be placed on the market of the Republic Srpska. Bakery products shall be produced appropriately by technological process from mill products of various cereals, water or other permitted liquid, baker's yeast or other fermentation agents, permitted food additives, and other ingredients that meet the minimum quality requirements. According to the weight, type of ingredients used and production process, bakery products are also classified if placed on the market as: 1) bread; 2) pastries; 3) other bakery products.
