Entry into force notes
The Regulation entered into force on the day when Poland became a member of the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Council of Ministers is composed of six Sections and one Annex. The Sections are: General provisions (sect. 1); Transport between the Republic of Poland and other member countries of the European Union (sect. 2); Shipment between the Republic of Poland and non-member countries of the European Union (sect. 3); Return transportations (sect. 4); Standard document (sect. 5); Final provision (sect. 6). The Annex lays down the standard document for monitoring radioactive waste shipments (Directive 92/3/Euratom), composed of the following Sections: Application for shipment authorization; Approval by the competent authorities consulted; Shipment authorization; List of packages; Acknowledgement of receipt of the waste.
