Abstract Artisanal and sporting fisheries regarding fish species, catch and harvest of aquatic animals and plants for personal consumption are permitted to all citizens free-of-charge in all water reservoirs except for protected areas, fish-farming areas, ponds and other artificial water reservoirs on condition of strict observance of fisheries regulations and regulation on water uses. In the water reservoirs and delimited areas of water reservoirs where artisanal and sporting fisheries are organized by hunting and fishing associations the fisheries are authorized for the members of the aforesaid associations. The document consists of V Secs. Section I lays down general provisions. Section II regards artificial fishing enterprises destined for artisanal and sporting fisheries. Section III regards artisanal and sporting fisheries organized by fishing and hunting associations in the water basins and delimited areas of water basins conceded in use to them.
