Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment implements art. 87 point 3 of the Environment Protection Act and aims to control level of substances in ambient air. The present Regulation establishes areas of air quality assessment which are specified for: (1) agglomerations with population greater than 250.000; (2) agglemerations with population greater than 100.000; (3) other areas of a province.
