This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the veterinary measures and related controls for the protection of public health in terms of protection and monitoring over the effective presence of contaminants or residues that are transferred from animals to food products of animal origin. This set of measures is here programmed for the year 2019 and shall be executed on the national territory (Plan for monitoring over the presence of residues and unauthorized substances in live animals, products and raw materials of animal origin for 2019).
