This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the necessary animal health (veterinary-sanitary) conditions for slaughtering, cutting and meat processing, production and processing of milk, eggs, honey and other products of animal origin intended for human consumption through public distribution; further defining the issues aimed to regulate the refrigeration, freezing and/or storage of the products of animal origin intended for human consumption, sale, or trade of these products, the content of the application and the registration and approval (additional practices for the approval for international commerce/trade) for facilities dealing or operating in this sector; the delivery methods for final consumer or other retail establishments directly supplying the final consumer (on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
