This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the minimum veterinary-sanitary conditions in terms of: location, building conditions, equipment, sales conditions and working conditions for veterinary inspection in facilities dealing (selling) with products of animal origin outside business premises (in order to offer a high level of hygiene safety and other sanitary conditions necessary for the preservation of human health when consuming products deriving from live animals).
