Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of its adoption, and it will fully apply on 1 January 2012.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the veterinary conditions for imports of certain birds from countries or part of countries that are listed and classified by this text, and also prescribes the quarantine conditions for such (bird) imports.
