The Regulation entered into force on the day when Poland became a member of the European Union.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of three Paragraphs and two Annexes. Seed material used for examination should be taken from the same part of the seed material. Annex 1 specifies amount of seed material required for examination of distinction, compensation and durability, and deadlines of providing material to the Central Centre of Examination of Cultivated Plant Varieties. Annex 2 concerns examination of economic value of a variety.
