This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

In the Regulation on the minimum threshold for genetically modified organisms in products below which the products placed on the market do not have to be labelled as products containing genetically modified organisms (Official Gazette 70/05 and 137/09), the list of authorised genetically modified organisms which may be found in products as adventitious or technically unavoidable traces is changed by this Regulation.
