Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, establishes allowed amounts of plants and plant products are not the subject to border phyto-sanitary control, specified in the Annex. The Regulation relates to: fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, cut ornamental plants, cut Christmas trees, parts of conifers.
