This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the rules and provisions aimed to determine various issues regarding the use of additives in food, including the processing practices, maximum permitted quantity of certain additives, additional labelling and information provisions, all aimed to offer a secure and transparent use of additives in food production/processing.
