Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of four articles, lays down provisions concerning verification of plant protection products containing active substances included in the list of substances approved for marketing and use within the European Union in accordance with Council Directive 91/414/EEC concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market. The list of these active substances is published on the website of Phytosanitary Administration of the Republic of Slovenia. The Administration reviews authorization of each plant protection product which contains one or more active substances from the list.
