Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of seven paragraphs, lays down: (1) detailed method of selective collection of waste and method of assessing when the requirement of selective collection is considered to be fulfilled; (2) municipal wastes which are the subject to the obligation of separate collection. Wastes collected selectively are: paper, glass, metals, plastics and biodegradable waste. The wastes are collected in containers.
