This Ministerial Regulation enters into force on 17 July 2014.
Abstract

This Regulation amends the control of pearl imports. Amendments deal with new procedures and requirements for obtaining secured pearl import approval by the Director General of Foreign Trade. Any pearl import that has been already securing import approval shall be verified or surveyed technically by surveyor in the country where the port of loading is located before the shipment.
