This Regulation enters into force on 10 January 2019.
Abstract

This Ministerial Regulation, implements the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI) in the Field of Tuna Fish Processing. The Regulation deals with: It establishes the requirements to be met for Tuna fish processing. The competent Ministry conducts government affairs in the field of maritime and fisheries affairs. KKNI is applied to: a) implementation of education or training; b) implementation of competency certification; c) human Resource Development; and d) recognition of equality of qualifications. The Minister evaluates the IQF in the field of tuna processing. (2) Evaluation of IQF as referred to in paragraph (1) shall be conducted at least one time in 5 years.
