Abstract

This Regulation aims to support efforts to protect from the threat of extinction plants and wildlife that are not protected by law and are included in the CITES list, and to exploit the economic potential of plants and wildlife, through the service of business licensing in implementation of export of natural plants and wild animals. This Regulation concerns: wild plants and animals; export activity; permit for transportation of wild animals and natural plants and procedure to obtain it; export restrictions; list of wild animal and plants not protected by Law and included in CITES lists; report on the results of their activity to be submitted by exporters; administrative sanctions and conditions for suspending or revoking licences. Appendices include models for export realisation report and list of plant and animal species not protected by Law and included in CITES lists, including: snakes, crocodiles, lizards, mammals, turtles, birds, insects, amphibians, cut flowers, leaves and other parts of plants.
