This Regulation enters into force on 6 February 2008.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the Area of Business License for Timber Forest Products exploitation in Industrial Plantation and Plantation Forests. The permit holder must carry out macro delineation for all work areas and micro delineation of the part of the working areas. The implementation of delineation is intended to accelerate the development of plantation forests with the aim of maximizing the production paying attention to social functions and environmental balance. The implementation of micro delineation is done by measuring, recording, marking, mapping and analyzing natural forest areas so that information is obtained about the following: a) Natural forest area that must be maintained; b) Natural forest area that is maintained to be cultivated with the silviculture system which is not reforested with Artificial Rejuvenation (THPB). Natural forest areas that can be developed for the development of plantation forests by using Artificial Rejuvenation (THPB) silviculture systems.
