The notifications referred to in section 9 (1) and (2) and section 11, subsection 1 in the Act regarding registration of keepers, animals intermediaries and animal husbandry sites (holding and carrion feeding facilities), shall be done to the local office of the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment.
