Abstract

This Regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, made under sections 2 and 21 of the Act concerning a system for the identification of animals, applies to all species classified as superclass Agnatha and Gnathostomata and fish classified as crustacea o molluscs. The notifications referred to in section 9 (1) and (2) and section 11, subsection 1 in the Act regarding registration of keepers, animals intermediaries and animal husbandry sites (holding and carrion feeding facilities), shall be done to the local office of the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment.
