This Ministerial Regulation enters into force on the date of its stipulation.
Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 38 articles and four Annexes, provides for exportation and importation of Animal and Animal Products. Export of Animal and Animal Products are limited. Types of Animal and Animal Products which export are limited as referred to in Annex I which is an integral part of this Ministrial Regulation. Animal Export as referred to in paragraph may oly be performed if the domestic needs of Animal Seed, Breed and/or Prospective are fulfilled and local livestock preservation is guaranteed. The Export of Animal and/or Animal Products as referred to in the art. 3 may only be performed by company that has received the Approval of Export from the Minister.
