Abstract

This Ministerial Regulation, in order to encourage national competitiveness and respect the environment, consists of 32 articles and provides for licensing simplicity in the field of trade, particularly in the importation of non hazardous and toxic wastes. The Regulation concerns producers’ and importers’ rights; conditions to import non hazardous and toxic waste; facilities and industries for production process that are environmental friendly; issuance of industrial business permit; proof of smelting facility ownership; environmental permit; restrictions in the use of wastes The list of non-hazardous and toxic wastes (non-B3 wastes) admitted for importation is attached in the Appendix.
