Entry into force notes

This Ministerial Regulation shall enter into force on 29 August 2013, except for provision of art. 7 paragraph (6) and paragraph (7), and art. 7A which enters into force on 1 November 2013.

Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 25 articles and 1 Appendix, amends Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 24/M-DAG/PER/5/2013 on Soybean Import Provisions in the context of Soybean Price Stabilization Program. Amendments deal with legal and administrative procedures, such as: Soybean Import by Public Company BULOG can be now conducted after being assigned by the Minister; Soybean Import by BUMN and/or private entity can only be conducted after obtaining determination as RI-Soybean or recognition
