Abstract

This Regulation, amending the Regulation of the Ministry of Trade no. 74 of 2020 concerning provisions on the export of forestry industry products, provides for the support of the implementation of the export of forestry industry products in the form of processed wood, pulp and paper. The Regulation concerns: forestry industry products; wood and wood products; Timber Legality Assurance Agency; timber legality verification standards; surveyor report; business actor; issuance of legal documents for export of forestry products; monitoring and control; list of goods whose export is excluded or subject to specific authorisation: imported goods rejected by the buyer and then re-exported, goods for the needs of institutions or governmental agencies, forestry industry products from oil palm wood and bamboo specifically excluded from export in other Regulations, goods for research and scientific purposes.
