Entry into force notes
This Ministerial Regulation comes into force thirty days from the date of promulgation.
Abstract

This Ministerial Regulation provides for optimising the utilisation and improving implementation of export of forestry industry products, in order to overcome problems and economic impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic. This Regulation concerns: forestry industry products; wood and wood products; Timber Legality Assurance Agency; survey company; export of forestry industry products; customs documents required; small and medium industrial companies and documents to be provided in order to export; list of forestry industrial products admitted to export; requirements to be appointed as a surveyor; monitoring and control procedures; administrative sanctions; products excluded from export according to this Regulation, including: goods obtained from non-wood forest products, goods for research purposes.
