Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 26 articles, regulates the corn import requirements into Indonesia. It establishes that corn can be imported only to meet the needs of animal feed (by state logistic board Perum BULOG); foodstuff and industrial raw material (by a company holding API-U or API-P) (arts. 2 and 3). The quantity and appropriation of corn shall be decided and agreed upon an economic ministerial level.
