Abstract

This Ministerial Regulation, implementing provisions of article 52 paragraph (7) of the Government Regulation no. 122 of 2015 concerning provision of drinking water systems, concerns the implementation of the drinking water supply system, in order to: fulfil the government and governmental agencies needs; grant quality level of drinking water supply; and ensure the affordability of drinking water tariffs, through control and supervision. Matters covered by this Regulation include: roles and duties of the business entities in the implementation of the drinking water supply system; control of authorisation and permits; monitoring and supervision mechanism and powers of the central and regional governments.
