Abstract

This Regulation provides for strengthening supervision over export and import of fish products, and defining quarantine measures, in order to fulfil the quality and safety of the products, to ensure fish life, and to protect the territory of the Republic of Indonesia from the spread of fish pests and diseases. The Regulation defines: fish quarantine; food safety and quality; feed safety and quality; genetically engineered fish products; genetic resources; biological agents; invasive foreign fish species. The Regulation concerns: fish quarantine action document and related procedures.
