Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 10 articles divided into six Chapters, establishes a guidance for the implementation of monitoring on residual use of fish drugs, chemicals, biological materials, and contaminants used in fish farming. The purpose of this Regulation is to provide quality standards and safety for fish products and avoid the danger of drug residues, chemicals, biological materials, and contaminants in fish so that is safe for human consumption.
