Abstract This Regulation, consisting of 30 articles divided into nine Chapters, provides for Marine and Fishery Data. The purpose of this Ministerial Regulation are the following: a) improving the quality and integrity of the Data in order to support government policies in the marine and fisheries sector; b) realize good quality data in the field of maritime and fisheries sector which are standardized, accurate, integrated and equipped with standard metadata and disseminated electronically on a Information Portal to support the National Policy Data; and c) organize competent institutions and human resources in terms of governance of Marine and Fishery Data. The scope of this Regulation includes: principles of Data; Accuracy of data provider; Type, standard data, and metadata; Data management; Dissemination; and Coaching, Monitoring, and Evaluation.
