Abstract This Regulation amends the organization of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (CTF). Amendments deal with several provisions regarding composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Ministry, such as: tasks of the Planning Bureau of coordinating the preparation of general policy, programme and budget planning, and organizational performance management, as well as inter-institutional cooperation in the field of marine and fisheries. The new General Planning Section which shall perform the functions of: coordinating, preparing and harmonizing general and long-term policy planning and strategic policy in the field of marine and fisheries; preparing and harmonizing integrated regional planning in the field of marine and fisheries; and implementing administrative affairs and performance management of the bureau.
