This Ministerial Regulation comes into force on March 1, 2022.
Abstract

This Ministerial Regulation, consisting of 22 articles, provides for organisation and working of the marine and fishery resources information management centre, in order to realise a measurable and sustainable management of marine and fishery resources. The centre carries out collection, processing and disseminating data and information on marine and fishery resources and performs the following functions: preparation, monitoring and evaluation of plans, programs and budgets; implementation of surveys of marine and fishery resources data; verification and validation of data analysis; dissemination of data; administrative support.
