This Regulation comes into force on 5 July, 2013.
Abstract

This Regulation amends some provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries no. PER.02/MEN/2011 on the Fishing Lanes and Placement of Fishing Tools and Fishing Aids in the Fisheries Management Region of the Republic of Indonesia, in order to meet the full development needs through a sustainable use of fishing gears and fishing aids in fishing lanes. Amendments deal with technical provisions, particularly including: mesh size of small pelagic ring and other trawls, gillnets and driftnets, for several species of fishes, shrimps and squids.
