This Regulation enters into force on 31 December 2018.
Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 92 articles divided into 18 Chapters and four Appendices, establishes the Use of Protected Fish Species and/or Fish Species contained in the Appendix of Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora. This Ministerial Regulation aims to fulfill the provisions concerning international trade in fish species included in CITES Appendices I, II and III. The scope of this Ministerial Regulation covers the use of fish species which are: a) protected based on national provisions for fully protected and limited protected Fish Species; b) included in the CITES Appendix; and c) have similarity (look alike species) with protected fish species as referred to in letter a and enter the CITES Appendix as referred to letter b.
