This Regulation enters into force on 13 November 2017.
Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 6 articles and one Appendix, regulates fish products subject to mandatory quarantine, quality and safety measures. Any fish product carrying pests or diseases or entering or leaving the territory of the State of the Republic of Indonesia shall be checked for fish quarantine measures. Any Imported fish product shall be accompanied by specific documents for fish quarantine measures. In the event that the import required to inspect the fish quarantine as meant shall be completed with quarantine action document in the form: a) Letter of Expenditure from Entry Point (KI-D7); or b) Certificate of Release (KI-D12). Types of fish products required to be checked for Fish Quarantine, as referred to in article 2, are listed in the Appendix of this Ministerial Regulation (List of Mandatory Controls for Quarantine Fish and Quality and Safety Fish Products).
