Abstract This Ministerial Regulation, consisting of 23 articles divided into eight Chapters and two Annexes, establishes the Fishing Log Books, as one of fisheries data processing system used in the verification process, data entry, data validation, data analysis, and conclusions of fishing log book using equipment that has been determined. It applies to: a) Every Indonesian-flagged fishing vessels measuring above 5 GT operating in WPPNRI; and b) Every Indonesian-flagged fishing vessels operating on the high seas. Fishing log books also constitute one of the information on catches in the fishing management system.
