Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 18 December 2015.
Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 10 articles divided into six Chapters, establishes Residual Control on Fish Drugs, Chemicals, and Contaminants in Fish Products for Human Consumption. The scope of this Ministerial Regulation includes: a) monitoring of residues; b) investigation; c) corrective action; d) management information system of residual control; e) reporting; and f) coaching. The residue control in fish products is carried out at the stage of: hatchery and enlargement. It shall be conducted through: a) monitoring; b) investigation; and c) corrective action. The residue control shall be carried out by the Head of the Provincial Service. The Annex specifies the MRL of residues contained in fish products.
