Abstract This Regulation, consisting of 21 articles and five Chapters and four Annexes, establishes Information to be given about Fishing Vessel Operations (SLO). The purpose of this Ministerial Regulation aims to be as a reference for Fisheries Supervisors, Skippers, Owners, Operators of Fishing Vessels and Responsible Fisheries Companies in the context of the issuance of SLOs, so that fishing vessels are operational in conducting fishery activities. It specifies that every fishing boat performing fishery activities are required to obtain a SLO. This obligation is excluded to fishing vessels for Small Fishers and Small Fish Farmers. Small Fishers and Small Fish Farmers as referred to in paragraph (2) provided that they only have on fishing vessel of 10 GT. Fishing vessels, as referred to in paragraph (1) consist of different kind of vessels such as: fishing vessels; c) fishing boat; d) fisheries research/exploration vessels; and e) supporting vessels for fish farming operations.
