This Ministerial Regulation enters into force six months after from its publication.
Abstract

This Ministerial Regulation, consisting of eight Chapters and one Annex, regulates Requirement and Mechanism of Human Rights Certification for Fisheries. The scope of this Ministerial Regulation includes: issuance authority of Fisheries HAM certificate; requirement and the issuance procedure of Fisheries HAM certificate; Assessment Agency; Training Agency; Complaints; and Funding. The Minister is authorized to grant a certificate of fisheries HAM to Fisheries Entrepreneurs who have implemented a Fisheries HAM system and have passed certification of Fisheries HAM. Chapter III specifies the Requirements and Procedure for Issuance Fisheries HAM Certificate.
