Abstract This Regulation, consisting of 9 articles divided into six Chapters, establishes the Coordination Forum of Criminal Handling in Fisheries. It aims to support the smooth implementation of investigator duties and to facilitate communication and exchange of data, information and other matters needed in the framework of the effectiveness and efficiency of handling and/or solving criminal offences in the field of fisheries in an integrated manner. A Coordinating Forum for the Management of Criminal Acts in the Field of Fisheries was formed. The Criminal Handling Coordination Forum in the Field of Fisheries as referred to in Article 1 is located below and is responsible to the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries.
