Abstract

This Ministerial Regulation aims at improving the performance of the national logistics system and at providing legal certainty to the prohibitions and restrictions on the the import and export of goods. Matters covered by this Regulation include: customs area; customs declaration; import and export activity; customs office; electronic system to integrate information with the process of handling customs documents, quarantine, and licensing documents. The Regulation concerns measures to control the prohibited or restricted goods to be imported or exported; research to identify: types of goods whose import and export is prohibited or restricted, type and format of electronic documents required, quota of goods to be imported or exported; compliance with regulatory provisions; responsibility of trader.
