Abstract

This Regulation, made under provisions of Section 11 subsections 2 and 5 of the Fishing Act, and Section 44 subsection 4 points 1, 3 and 4 of the Governmental Regulation No. 65 of 2016 “the Fishing Regulations”, provides temporary fishing restrictions on specified lakes, and concerns: fishing with gill nets for ice fishing between March and May; ban on the use of fishing traps in a specified period; limitation on fishing with strainer traps; minimum allowed size of the perch fish; prohibition of fishing cuttlefish and roach fish.
