This Ministerial Regulation enters into force on 27 February 2017.
Abstract

This Ministerial Regulation, consisting of 24 articles and two Tables, aims to provide technical guidance for the restoration of the National Ecosystem for the following entities: Government; Local and Provincial Government; Communities, including indigenous and tribal peoples; and person in charge of business and/or activity. The Restoration of the National Ecosystem undertakes for damaged ecosystems in: ecosystems with protected forests or cultivation. The peat ecosystem with a protected function is damaged as referred to in paragraph (1), when it exceeds the preservation criteria as following: artificial drainage; exposure to pyrite and/or quartz sediments below the layer; and/or reduction in the area and/or volume of land cover.
