Abstract

This Ministerial Regulation, based on the provisions of article 2 paragraph (4) of the Regulation of Minister of Forestry no. The Regulation concerns benchmark prices, based on the average selling price of timber and non-timber forest products; provisions of forest resources collected from State forests; special fund for reforestation and forest rehabilitation and related activities; standing compensation as a substitute for the standing value damaged or lost due to criminal penalties or violating acts.
