Abstract

This Regulation, implementing provisions of article 52 paragraph 2 of the Presidential Regulation no. 92 of 2020 concerning the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, concerns business processes of the Ministry, intended as an effective and efficient work relationship between organisational units to produce valuable performance in accordance with organisational goals. The Regulation concerns: stages of preparing Ministry business processes and related activities; definition of business process map and related functions, including: forestry planning and environmental management, conservation of natural resources and ecosystems, forest rehabilitation and watershed management, sustainable forest management, control of pollution and environmental damages, climate change control, waste and hazardous substances management, social forestry.
